Pauline and Joe Beattie have won this years Champion of Champions pairs played at Shaws Bridge indoor stadium.
In the first round they beat A Daley (North West Zone) and followed this with victories against S Carleton (Monaghan), N Haire (Lisburn), A Reel (Oriel) and C Hill from Mid Ulster. This put them in the final where they beat Noel Graham from Lisburn in a tie end.
Meanwhile in the triples St. Anthony's Sean Trainor also tasted success being part of the winning Oriel triple skipped by Kevin Conroy.
