Armagh Zone were represented in the finals of 2 of the 4 Champion of Champions Events held in Ballymoney Indoor Stadium, but it was so near and yet so far on both occasions.
In the singles final Andrew Leckey was beaten by Foyle Zone's Eddie Curran while in a great triples final, Robert Cassells, Joe Beattie and Pauline Cassells were beaten in the last end by a single shot by Mid Ulster's Colm McHugh's triple.
Meanwhile the rinks event was won by Raymond Stubb's four from Ballinderry, while Alan Johnston and Dessie Hamilton from Dromore won the pairs event.
